Country West Motel

We stopped to find a place to sleep after 8 hours of driving & found this gem. I was very impressed with the price & how neat the rooms were, but even more impressed w/ Cody. He was so friendly & helpful. I went to wash our clothes in the laundry room, but the dryer was broken. He offered to let us use the big dryer & even offered to bring them to me. He walked me back towards the room & even played football w/ my son! I cannot get over how incredibly nice he was! He definitely made our stay a great one!!!! Thank you Cody!!!

I am not associated with the motel. Please don't judge a book by it's cover! The exterior is older and the parking lot needs repairs. The rooms are nicely furnished and very comfy. The Looby looks great and checking was great. I'd stay here again if ever in the area!

I had a pet get out of my car while traveling and this Motel was a huge help! The staff were so caring and nice. I wish my trip went more smoothly but this place took a big weight off my shoulders! I will be stopping here again. Thank you to the wonderful people who work here, your small act of kindness went a long ways for me and my kids!

It was a great little motel for a quick overnight stay while passing through. Very reasonably priced and clean. It's nice to see small private businesses doing a job

The new front desk woman is amazing. I had a really rough day and when I checked in she made it so much better. Sometimes strangers don't realize the way they can change someone's entire day! Thank you for that. She some issues with the computer system but was very friendly and gracious. The rooms are always great beds are comfortable, tv works great and has good channels. Love this hotel and the staff I have encountered when I have stayed!

This is a very nice little place. Our bed was very comfy with plenty of pillows. There's lots of channels to choose to watch on a big screen TV. They have very large like RV sized fridge & freezer in the rooms & microwave. The only downer is that there's not any complimentary breakfast & not quite enough coffee essentials for the mini coffee pot in the room.. We went to the store to buy what we needed because we don't speak fluent Spanish to ask the lady at the front desk.

I stayed at the Country West Motel of Rock Springs and overall had a very positive experience. The motel may not be the newest, but it has its own charm. The interior is pleasantly decorated, giving the place a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were extremely friendly and polite, always ready to help and answer questions, which made me feel comfortable right away. The room itself was clean and well-kept, even though the furniture and design are a bit older. Everything necessary for a short stay was provided, and I appreciated the effort the staff clearly put into maintaining cleanliness. The bed was comfortable, the linens fresh, and despite the motel’s age, the room felt cozy and safe. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality. Sometimes in small towns you find places where the people make all the difference — and this was one of those cases. It may not be a luxury hotel, but for travellers passing through Rock Springs or staying for a night or two, it offers great value, a comfortable rest, and a very pleasant atmosphere. I would recommend Country West Motel to anyone looking for a simple but welcoming place to stay, with friendly service and a homely feel.

It is an older motel but I would stay here again and again. Very friendly people that know how to make your stay top notch. Loved the western feel of the whole place. Rooms were not too small, bed was very comfy. Quiet area with no loud people or traffic. Highly recommend
